The Website provides a furniture and décor discovery platform together with the Atelier, a creative studio that lets users visualise and transform their spaces with the help of artificial-intelligence tools.

Accessing and browsing the Website makes you a user and implies full acceptance of this Legal notice, the Privacy policy, the Cookie policy and, where applicable, the Terms of use.

Access to the Website is free of charge, although certain features (such as the Atelier) require prior registration. You agree to use the Website diligently and lawfully, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order.

The following is prohibited, by way of example and without limitation:

• Using the Website for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms Kazaku or third parties.
• Damaging the systems of Kazaku, its providers or third parties, or introducing viruses or other harmful elements.
