Terms of use

Last updated · 3 July 2026

01Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the Kazaku platform (kazaku.com) and the Atelier, owned by ADRIANO TECHNOLOGIES SL (NIF B05342902, Calle Suecia 102, Portal 7, 2.º A, 28022 Madrid (Madrid), España, email alvaro@kazaku.com). By registering or using the platform you accept these terms, together with the Legal notice, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

02The service

Kazaku is a furniture and décor discovery platform that combines an editorialised catalogue with the Atelier, an AI-powered creative studio that lets you visualise products in your own space.

The products displayed may belong to external retailers' catalogues. When you reach a retailer's shop through a Kazaku link, the purchase takes place outside our platform and is governed exclusively by that retailer's terms.

If at any point Kazaku sells products directly, the specific terms of sale will be shown before you confirm the order: total price including taxes, delivery costs and times, a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal and the 3-year statutory conformity warranty, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

03User account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You agree to provide truthful information and to keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for the activity carried out from your account. Notify us without delay if you suspect unauthorised access.

04The Atelier: content and artificial intelligence

When you upload photographs or other content to the Atelier, you retain ownership of it and grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to host, process and transform it — including processing through third-party AI models — for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over the content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Uploading unlawful or offensive content, content that infringes intellectual-property rights, or content featuring identifiable people without their permission is not allowed.

Images generated by the Atelier are indicative creative proposals: the products identified in them may differ in colour, dimensions, availability or price from the actual product, and the images are neither a contractual offer nor a professional interior-design service.

You can share your scenes via links. Anyone with the link will be able to view the shared scene; you can revoke access by deleting the scene or the link.

05Product prices and availability

Information about external retailers' products (price, availability, features) is shown for information purposes and may not be up to date. The price and terms applicable to a purchase are always those shown in the retailer's shop at the time the purchase is made.

06Prohibited uses

  • Accessing the service by automated means or bulk-extracting content without authorisation.
  • Circumventing the platform's security measures or usage limits.
  • Reselling, sublicensing or commercially exploiting the service without our consent.
  • Using the Atelier to generate unlawful or harmful content.

07Availability, changes and suspension

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, for technical, security or business reasons, endeavouring to give reasonable notice where possible. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

08Intellectual property

The platform, the “Kazaku” brand and its own content belong to ADRIANO TECHNOLOGIES SL or its licensors. These terms do not transfer to you any intellectual-property rights over the platform beyond a personal, non-commercial right to use the service.

09Liability

ADRIANO TECHNOLOGIES SL is liable for damage caused by wilful misconduct or negligence under the terms provided by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the service contrary to these terms, from third-party product information, or from purchases made in third-party shops. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer legislation grants to consumers on a non-waivable basis.

10Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the Courts of the city of Madrid, unless you act as a consumer, in which case the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction. As a consumer you may also turn to the Spanish Consumer Arbitration Boards or other alternative dispute-resolution mechanisms.

For any questions about these terms you can write to us at alvaro@kazaku.com.
